This Nissan Navara D27 has been built for proper off-grid touring. With a 1600mm Trojan aluminium tray and matching 1600mm canopy, the setup combines organised storage, reliable power and a complete camp system in one well-integrated package.
From the internal kitchen and 85L fridge to the rooftop tent, 270-degree awning and external accessories, everything has been positioned to make travelling and setting up camp straightforward.
The full-length canopy maximises enclosed storage across the tray while maintaining balanced proportions behind the dual cab. Large gullwing doors provide easy access from both sides, with integrated lighting beneath the doors illuminating the workspace after dark.

The passenger-side layout brings the main touring equipment together in one accessible location.
An 85L upright Bushman fridge sits inside a dedicated Trojan fridge cage, keeping food and drinks easy to reach without needing to pull out a heavy fridge slide. Beside it, the premium pantry includes organised storage and an integrated kitchen drawer for cooking equipment, utensils and campsite essentials.
This arrangement creates a practical camp kitchen beneath the open gullwing door, which also provides some overhead shelter while preparing meals.
Power is handled by Trojan’s Weekender 12V package. The neatly integrated control panel provides accessible switches, charging outlets and system monitoring for the fridge, canopy lighting and other compatible touring accessories.
A Hardkorr rear work light adds useful illumination behind the vehicle when arriving at camp after dark, loading equipment or working around the rear accessories.
An Outback Tourer rooftop tent is mounted above the canopy, keeping the sleeping setup clear of the ground and ready for quick deployment. The matching Outback Tourer 270-degree awning creates a large sheltered area around the side and rear of the Navara.

The folding ladder provides easier access to the rooftop tent while packing down neatly against the rear of the canopy. Mounting the spare wheel and jerry can externally also preserves valuable internal storage.
This Navara has been designed as one complete touring system rather than a collection of unrelated accessories. Power, food storage, cooking equipment, shelter and recovery essentials all have dedicated locations.
The result is a capable setup that remains organised on the road and can transition from driving to camping with minimal fuss.
