This white 2026 N90 Toyota Hilux has been transformed into a practical mobile workspace with a 1700mm Trojan Canopies Trade Body. Mounted directly to the chassis, the complete package delivers organised tool storage, convenient access and a clean, professional finish.
Designed for trades and field-service applications, the build combines secure external compartments with a purpose-built internal fit-out and a full-length rear trundle drawer.
Removing the standard tub and mounting the trade body directly to the chassis creates a complete storage system shaped specifically around the Hilux. The 1700mm body follows the lines of the vehicle, with integrated guards, underbody storage and a white finish that matches the cab.
Large gullwing doors provide wide access to the main compartments. Gas struts support the doors when open, while recessed compression locks keep the exterior streamlined when everything is closed.
A rear load roller and integrated roof rack make it easier to carry longer equipment above the canopy without taking up space inside the body.
The passenger-side compartment has been fitted with a combination of removable parts bins, adjustable shelving and twin tool drawers. Five individual parts cases are stored vertically in a dedicated rack, keeping smaller components organised and easy to remove when required.
Open shelving provides space for larger tools and consumables, while the two enclosed drawers create additional storage for equipment that needs to remain contained. The modular layout allows different types of tools and parts to be stored within the same accessible workspace.
A separate rear compartment provides a large open storage area for bulkier equipment. With the rear gullwing door raised, the full compartment can be reached directly from behind the vehicle.
Colour-matched underbody toolboxes make use of the available space around the rear wheels while maintaining the integrated appearance of the body.
A full-length trundle drawer extends from the rear of the Hilux, providing storage for long tools and equipment. Its lift-up lid is supported by gas struts, allowing the drawer to function as both enclosed storage and an accessible work area.
