Built to work hard without compromising on finish, this Ford Ranger Super Duty has been equipped with a 1600mm Trojan Canopies aluminium tray. The combination brings practical storage, flexible load-carrying space and a clean, integrated appearance to Ford’s heavy-duty dual-cab platform.
The tray’s black powder-coated finish provides a strong contrast against the Ranger’s body colour, while the colour-matched undertray toolbox ties the complete package together.
The 1600mm tray provides a versatile load area suited to tools, equipment, building materials and recreational gear. Its compact length complements the dual-cab Super Duty while retaining useful deck space and access from the sides and rear.
A durable checker plate floor offers a practical surface for everyday work, with recessed tie-down points positioned within the deck to help secure equipment and cargo. Removable tray sides allow the load area to be opened when carrying larger items, while stainless steel over-centre latches keep the sides securely fastened when fitted.
At the front, the fabricated headboard helps protect the rear of the cab and incorporates horizontal rails with a central mounting panel. This provides additional options for attaching accessories and organising frequently used equipment.
A colour-matched undertray toolbox makes use of the space below the deck without affecting the main load area. Its angled profile follows the tray and wheel-arch design, creating an integrated appearance while providing secure external storage.
At the rear, a full-length trundle drawer adds another large storage area beneath the tray. The drawer slides out from the rear for convenient access and includes a lift-up lid supported by gas struts. This arrangement is ideal for longer tools, recovery equipment and other gear that needs to remain protected but easy to reach.
The tray includes integrated LED tail lights set neatly into the rear bodywork, along with a robust rear structure designed around the Ranger Super Duty. A water outlet mounted behind the headboard provides a convenient connection point without taking up valuable deck space.
